2009 Chardonnay Central Coast

The 2009 Central Coast Chardonnay starts with a lively, honeysuckle blossom and peach bouquet, accented by bright pippin apples and pear. On the palate, this wine is rich, smooth, flavorful and mouth filling while retaining a dancing lightness on the mouth. Soft hints of spicy oak, ripe apricot and Meyer lemon zest add personality to the long lingering finish.

2009 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir Central Coast

This lively refreshing French style dry rosé possesses alluring aromas of pomegranate, rose petal, lilac, jasmine and mandarin zest. The mid-palate has a creamy texture, with flavors of cranberry, strawberry, rhubarb and cantaloupe that melts into a round, lively and flavorful finish.

2009 Central Coast Viognier

Soft aromas of honeysuckle, white peach and a hint of rose petal waft from the glass of this lively 2009 Central Coast Viognier. The delightful flavors of tangerine zest, jasmine and nectarine are accented by floral undertones and a silky, smooth texture, progressing on with a delicious custard finish.

2009 Aligote Mt. Harlan (6 Bottle Limit)

This delightful 2009 Aligoté effuses a bouquet of apple blossoms, gooseberry and white peach. This wine is juicy, tart, flinty and creamy all at once, with delectable flavors of nectarine, tangerine and mineral. It’s a very smooth, easy to sip wine with a nice bright, clean finish. Too bad we made such a little amount, but it’s all we have with a mere 6 rows of this elusive varietal.

2008 Pinot Noir Central Coast

The 2008 Central Coast Pinot Noir has a vibrant, beautiful garnet color. Aromas of black cherry with a hint of sweet oak wrap around a comforting core of boysenberry pie. The taste is lively – spicy blackberry and cassis, with bramble & briar and good structure. This is a smooth, delightful wine with a lot of personality.

2009 Chardonnay Mt. Harlan

Our 2009 Mt Harlan Chardonnay entices with an alluring mineral, peach gelato bouquet and notes of gooseberry, honeysuckle, Bosc pear and golden apple. It is a statuesque wine; elegant, savory and velvety, with its gentle, creamy texture yet pronounced structure, hinting towards this vineyards proven, astounding aging potential, although admittedly it is wonderful to drink young as well.

Mt. Harlan Cuvée is a barrel selection from our various single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and reflects a fascinating complement of personalities from each.

2009 Viognier Mt. Harlan

Classic Mt Harlan Viognier white peach, mineral and lemon chiffon abound in this beautifully balanced, stoic and well integrated wine with a bouquet which, incidentally a surprising number of Sommeliers across the country have described as “fruit loops”. On the palate they find honeysuckle, lemon verbena, crème brulée and a wonderful mineral complexity. This wine has great acidity and rich finish. Quite unique.

2007 de Villiers Vineyard Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir ( New Single Vineyard)

This showy 2007 de Villiers Vineyard Pinot Noir introduces itself with a beautiful, deep, dark garnet color. The bouquet effuses a heady aroma of black plum, chocolate, dark cherry, sandalwood and marionberry. Flavors of chocolate covered cherries accent the lush, juicy, and youthful, sweet-tart character of cranberry and raspberry, and the wine lingers with a bright pear, berry finish.

2007 Ryan Vineyard Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir

This 2007 Ryan Vineyard Pinot Noir has a wonderful, deep, sleek, juicy black plum bouquet which is beautifully integrated with the signature Mt Harlan minerality. It expresses very nice balance, excellent structure, good grip and a graceful mouthfeel combined with deep flavors of currant, raspberry and dark spice. It’s an alluring wine, quite delicious now, yet has a long life ahead.

2007 Mills Vineyard Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir

The 2007 Mills boasts aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and hints of forest floor with a twist. In the mouth it explodes with blackberry jam, dried herbs, and a subtle white pepper spice. A soft tannic backbone carries the richness and creates a long silky finish.

2007 Reed Vineyard Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (2 Bottle Limit PER ADDRESS)

 Our Reed vineyard Pinot Noir possesses the most unique flavor profile of our six single vineyard Pinots. Graceful and delicate in structure and body, this wine effuses a plethora of characters; sweet berry, plum and black raspberry with spicy dried fennel, rocks, herbs, briar and candied cherry in the nose, along with essence of gingerbread, orange peel, coffee and cedar. On the palate we find broad strokes of sassafras, mineral and cherries jubilee. This wine has a gentle tartness and a smooth, deep, lingering finish.

2007 Selleck Vineyard Mt. Harlan Pinot Noir (3 Bottle limit PER ADDRESS)

The heady bouquet on our 2007 Selleck vineyard Pinot Noir is youthful, broad and aromatic, with pomegranate, black cherry, rose petal, white pepper and strawberry. Deep, dense, rich flavors of boysenberry, cassis, limestone, devil’s food cake and a streak of sweet cherry underlie the rich mouthfeel with soft but pronounced fine-grained tannins that give us a peek into this wines very long aging potential. Its persistent finish is long and seductive.
